RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer to cover. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please note, the following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery

Welcome to our Delivery Policy. This outlines how and when we dispatch your orders, the delivery options available, estimated transit times, and what to do if there’s a delivery issue. Your trust is important to us - we aim to keep delivery transparent and reliable.

  • Order processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business weeks (Monday - Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after your order is confirmed.
  • During busy periods (e.g., holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once you buy, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your items leave our fulfilment centre.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a range of delivery options - both standard and expedited where available:

  1. Standard Delivery (UK) 3–7 business days
  2. Express Delivery (UK) 1–3 business days
  3. International Standard 7–20 business days*

*International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier delays - these are estimates only.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.
  • Occasionally we may offer free standard delivery promotions - details will be shown on the site at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your parcel’s journey until delivery. If you don’t receive tracking information, please contact us.

Delivery Issues - If your parcel:

  • Is delayed, please check the tracking info first - carriers sometimes update this first.
  • Arrives damaged, we recommend keeping the packaging and photographing the problem - this helps us resolve it quickly.
  • Doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We deliver to most UK and international addresses.
  • Delivery to some remote areas, PO Boxes, or international locations may not be available or may incur additional charges.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be charged by your local government. These are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
